Clearly demonstrate the need for your project, your capacity to deliver it, and the benefits to the community. Answer the 'Why', 'How', and 'Who' of your project.

Apply via SmartyGrants

All applications are submitted online. Ensure your legal entity details are correct and submit well before the 4 pm, August 12 deadline. Don't leave it to the last minute!

Assessment & Notification

Proposals are assessed against the criteria. Recommendations go to Council in November, with funded projects expected to start from January 2026.
