Huawei P9 Full Specifications: An Overview
Dropping the Ascend on the P9 may have made this model different from the older generations of Huawei smartphones. Is it that better or just different?

A non-removable Li-ion battery with 3000mAh capacity was a big improvement from the previous P8 which sacrificed battery size for the slim profile.
Android Kitkat
Huawei P9 runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow and which will may be the highest version of Android this smartphone can ever have. Nougat is now available but only to limited devices.
Bigger Storage Options
Huawei P9 have 2 base configurations. This includes a microSD card expansion slot that can support up to 256GB. However, the microSD card uses the SIM 2 slot.

Amazing Camera
The P9 has a 12 MP primary shooter, has a f/2.2 aperture, 27mm, autofocus, and an LED flash. Secondary camera comes with 8 MP pixel count, on an f/2.4 aperture, 26mm and records just 1080p.
IPS Display
The P9 have a 5.2-inch IPS-NEO LCD display that renders a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels covered with Gorilla Glass 3 protection.
High Build Quality
The P9 is super slim and slick at 145 x 70.9 x 7 mm and with just 144 g in weight, super light as well.
Faster Processor
Unlike the flagship Huawei smartphones, the P9 uses HiSilicon Kirin 955 processor. The GPU is a Mali-T880 MP4 for a smooth processing power for gaming.
Sensors
You get the following inside the P9 to keep the phone working smoothly in its tasks: accelerometer, gyro, proximity and a compass.
