Core Prime’s battery is a removable, Li-ion with 2000 mAh capacity. This enables 13 hours of calls on a 3G network.
Android Kitkat OS
The Samsung Galaxy Core Prime, as expected, runs Android OS version 4.4.4 or Kitkat which can be upgraded to version 5.1.1 Lollipop.
Expandable Storage
Internal memory option is just an 8Gb configuration with 1Gb of RAM. However, expansion of storage is made possible by a microSD card slot that supports 64Gb of external storage.
Camera
Samsung Core Prime have a main camera with 5mp pixel count with autofocus and LED flash. Front facing camera is just 2mp.
LCD Display
With a 4.5-inch LCD display and a resolution of 480×800 pixels, this display panel is great for daily use with color saturation and vividness of content.
Quad Core CPU
The processor is a huge jump to a Quad-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A53 on a Qualcomm MSM8916 Snapdragon 410 chipset. GPU or the graphical processing unit is a Adreno 306.
