Android Gingerbread OS
Right out of the box, the Samsung Galaxy S2 have Android OS version 2.3.4 or Gingerbread. However, users can opt to update it to version 4.1 or Jellybean which is a much better OS.
Expandable Storage
Internal storage can be chosen from 16Gb or 32Gb options but with the classic Galaxy fashion, Samsung Galaxy S2’s memory can be expanded via a microSD card to up to 32Gb.
Camera
Main camera for the Samsung Galaxy S2 is a 8mp shooter with an aperture of f/2.6, phase detection autofocus, touch focus, face/smile detection, and LED flash. The front camera is a 2mp for your selfies and video chats.
Super AMOLED Display
The super AMOLED display for the Samsung Galaxy S2 can render up to 480×800 resolution on its 4.3 inch panel covered in Gorilla Glass. Pixel density was 217 pixels per inch. This produces bright colors with deep blacks while providing good viewing angles or even under direct sunlight.
Quad Core CPU
Samsung Galaxy S2, in its heart, is a Dual-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A9 CPU and a Mali-400MP4 GPU. Whenever you want to do social media, gaming, or consume content on the web, this is the smartphone you got to have. A flagship phone that can keep up with light to moderate usage like games and social media connections, including calls and messages on the go.

These are the sensors used by your Samsung Galaxy S2 for its basic and advanced functions. No wireless charging on this model yet.

The dual-band Wi-fi antenna can receive data and be a hotspot as well. Bluetooth version is 3.0.
Other connectivity are the microUSB version 2.0 and GPS. A built-in FM radio is also a good welcome addition.

Standard 3.5mm jack for your audio devices and a loudspeaker for music and calls to share. Codec for the Samsung Galaxy S2 can play both MP3 and WAV files with ease.

It may not have dual video recording, but the Samsung Galaxy S2 can do 1080p@30fps recording which is ideal for videos made for mobile sharing.
