How do I put my SIM card in my Galaxy S6?
Locate the SIM Card tray. It is located below the Power button on the side of the standard S6 model. On Edge models, it is located on the top of the device. Use the eject tool included with your Galaxy S6 or a paper clip to gently push the small button on the SIM Card tray.

How do I recover a fingerprint screen lock?
If you have a fingerprint screen lock set up on your Samsung Galaxy S6 and your finger is not recognized 3 times, a prompt will appear requesting the backup PIN or password. Enter the backup PIN/password and tap OK.
If you do not remember the backup password, you can only reset the screen lock by performing a Hardware Factory Reset to erase the phone.
Can pre-installed applications be removed from my Samsung Galaxy S6?
Pre-installed applications are often embedded in your phone’s operating system and cannot be uninstalled or removed.
What happens to a call when I leave my Wi-Fi coverage area?
Active calls do not switch from Wi-Fi to cellular. If you go outside of your Wi-Fi coverage area, the call will end. Active calls also do not switch from cellular to Wi-Fi.
How does my Samsung Galaxy S6 back up and restore contacts with Gmail™?
If you set up a Google™ account on your phone, your Gmail contacts are automatically imported to your phone.
After you’ve associated your Google account with your phone, anytime you add, import, or transfer a contact, you can choose where to save the contact. New contacts don’t synchronize with your Google account unless you select Google.
If you add contacts to your phone before setting up a Google account, your contacts don’t synchronize with Gmail. They save as Device contacts.
