Here’s what you got to do when your iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus hangs and you can’t turn it off.

Solution #1: Press Power and Volume Down buttons

Since the fingerprint scanner and the buttons are completely inaccessible, you will just have press the Power button and Volume Down simultaneously.

Solution #2: Wait until it powers down

Keep the two buttons pressed down until your iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus shuts down.

Solution #3: Release the buttons

Now that the iPhone has restarted itself, release the Power and Volume Down buttons to let it continue booting.
