Prioritising user safety, personalisation, and long-term value, Samsung’s AI-powered products are designed to thrive as part of a connected home ecosystem whereby devices adapt to user preferences and act autonomously to help save Australians time every day.
Pushing the limits of performance, the new line-up includes the world’s most powerful cordless stick vacuum[2], the Bespoke AI Jet Ultra which offers up to 400W of suction power. In addition, Samsung’s TV range introduces the first 8K Wireless One Connect Box[3] via the Neo QLED 8K QN990F; brings Neo QLED technology to its lifestyle range for the first time via The Frame Pro; and unleashes its first convertible fit soundbar in the Q-Series HW-QS700F. Powered by Vision AI, each of these products provide Australians with more choices that are customisable to suit their unique needs.
“We know that everyone’s lifestyle is unique and their technology needs to work just for them,” said Phil Gaut, Director – Consumer Electronics, Samsung Australia. “By introducing Vision AI and AI Home, more Samsung devices around the home will deliver secure and hyper-personalised experiences that continue to learn over time, creating new ways for Australians to live better.”
New research reveals Samsung smart devices make everyday living wonder-filled

The nationwide roll-out of Samsung’s new AI-powered home appliances and audio visual solutions coincides with the launch of new research which reveals over a third (37%) of Australians believe smart devices bring wonder to their homes alongside art (36%) and beautiful home décor (46%)[5].
For half of Australians (50%), wonder emerges with the convenience of operating devices remotely, while for 44 per-cent of single parents with kids, it’s the potential to reduce energy bills via their smart devices[6].
With an average of 24 connected devices in the average Australian home[7], two-thirds (67%) believe AI-assisted devices could further help to reduce the daily mental load and give them time back to relax.[8] In fact, two thirds (68%) of Australians admit to thinking about chores up to four times a day[9], when they’d rather be relaxing in front of the TV (83%), listening to music (61%), or spending time with loved ones (60%)[10].
“Samsung has been reimagining the role of smart devices for ten years with the goal of making everyday life easier for consumers. Our motivation is to let your smart devices think about what’s for dinner or how to best clean your floors simply so you don’t have to,” said Mr. Gaut. “Our 2025 line-up is a culmination of that journey to date whereby our connected ecosystem of products help to reduce the mental load while promoting feelings of relaxation, assurance, immersion and expression every day.
“To bring immersive experiences to more homes, we’ve stretched a Neo QLED TV up to 100-inches so every time you sit in front of your TV it feels cinematic. To promote self-expression and elevate home decor, we’ve expanded the Art Store from The Frame to over 90 per-cent of our Neo QLED and QLED line-up[11]. To assure Australians that their connected home experience is safe we’ve further fortified our home appliances with Knox Security spanning our Bespoke refrigerators, Bespoke washers and dryers, and Bespoke vacuum ranges, and enhanced SmartThings so Australians can monitor and control their home from anywhere,” Mr. Gaut continued.
Samsung’s connected home ecosystem of Home Appliances bring ease, care and savings to Australians
Samsung’s 615L Family Hub Side by Side refrigerator, now optimised with AI Home and fortified by Knox. Image simulated for illustrative purposes.
Building on 50 years of home appliance innovation excellence, Samsung has launched AI Home as a transformative step forward to help Australians unlock ease of use, savings, and new ways to care for themselves and others from home. Using on-device processing with Edge AI, appliances powered by AI Home can adapt to individual routines, and deliver optimised home experiences to suit a diverse range of lifestyles.
In 2025, Samsung has integrated AI Home displays into more Bespoke AI appliances including the 809L Bespoke AI Family Hub + and 615L AI Home Side By Side Refrigerator. The AI Home screen extends the core purpose of these refrigerators by transforming them into central smart home control hubs with the ability to connect, monitor and control compatible third party devices connected through SmartThings’ Map View feature[12]. Via the AI Home screens, Australians can also use features like the refrigerators’ Daily Board to receive personalised information and better manage their day.
Complimenting the performance of 400Ws of suction power making the Bespoke AI Jet Ultra the world’s most powerful cordless stick vacuum[13] is an LED digital display. With a quick glance, Australians can see the suction level, remaining battery time, and alerts to blockages in the brush for easy maintenance[14]. With SmartThings compatibility, Australians can also manage the vacuum settings from their compatible smart phone device[15] and receive customised maintenance guides thanks to the Bespoke AI Jet Stick vacuum’s smart-self diagnosis feature.
Samsung has also applied enhanced Knox security to appliances across the line-up to enable Australians to enjoy their AI Home experience with peace of mind. In 2025, Knox Matrix’s Trust Chain feature has been applied to the 809L Bespoke AI Family Hub + and 615L AI Home Side By Side Refrigerator[16], enabling Australians to continuously monitor products’ security status in real time through a dashboard. Knox Vault has also been applied to these appliances for the first time, storing user information such as passwords and authentication information in a separate hardware chip to ensure protection.
Samsung’s 2025 range of AI-Powered appliances are complete with Smart Forward which provides continuous software updates including new features to enhance the consumer[17]. By integrating all of these wide-ranging initiatives, Samsung aims to create safer and more reliable smart home experiences that users can enjoy with comfort and peace of mind.
“Samsung’s 2025 range of home appliances and AV solutions are designed to be powerful as individual products and extraordinary when combined, utilising screen technologies to bring ease, simplicity, safety, and care to more Australians. When Australians engage with a single product, they unlock the best of Samsung’s innovation and value beyond its core purpose,” said Mr. Gaut.
It’s your show: Vision AI ushers in an era of hyper-personalised entertainment experiences
Source: Omdia, Feb 2025. Based on overall TV market share by manufacturer on an annual unit & revenue basis.
Marking 19 years as the global number one TV brand, 2025 brings Samsung’s biggest, most connected, and most intelligent range of TVs and audio solutions yet. Committed to making premium experiences mainstream, Samsung has integrated Vision AI across its wide range of Neo QLED 8K & 4K, QLED, Samsung OLED, and The Frame TV models[18].
Samsung Vision AI pairs AI-enhanced picture and sound for maximised performance with personalised experiences designed to help Australians engage more deeply with content and enjoy a viewing experience catered to them. Backed by 7 years of One UI Tizen upgrades[19], Samsung’s Vision AI devices autonomously enhance entertainment and simplify interactions based on user preferences, getting smarter and more personalised over time.
“Great picture and immersive sound are just the beginning of what Australians are looking for when choosing a TV today,” said Mr. Gaut. “The ability to access and add a full suite of apps, enhanced connectivity, and ease of use are more important than ever. Samsung Vision AI brings all of those requirements together, delivering autonomous and adaptable functions that reinvent what’s possible from your Samsung TV.”

Designed to thrive in Australian homes, the 2025 Neo QLED 8K series integrates Samsung’s award-winning[21] Glare-Free certified technology[22], maintaining stunning Pantone-validated visuals[23] across dark and bright rooms. The Neo QLED 8K series brings Samsung’s Art Store[24] to 8K displays for the first time, alongside Vision AI’s new Generative Wallpaper feature[25], enabling Australians to create their own on-screen art pieces based on their preferences.
Encased in a 12.9mm thin[26], near bezel-less Infinity Air Design, the Neo QLED 8K QN990F (85”, 75”, 65”) provides a premium viewing experience without boundaries. Further, its all-new Wireless One Connect Box makes installation and connectivity easy, wirelessly transmitting up to an 8K 120Hz signal up to 10 meters from the TV to keep living spaces clutter free[27].
Built with Samsung’s most advanced NQ8 AI Gen3 Processor, the QN990F series leverages 8K AI Upscaling Pro[28] to transform SD, HD, and 4K content into the sharpest and smoothest picture of any Samsung TV. Motion Xcelerator 240Hz[29] ensures blazing fast motion clarity for gaming and sports, while AI Motion Enhancer Pro[30] smooths the motion of fast-moving visuals and text, so Australians can always keep their eye on the ball.
Catering to Australians’ insatiable appetite for bezel-finished displays, the Neo QLED 8K QN900F (85”, 75”, 65”) features a Metal Frame that can be mounted near-flush against the wall to elevate home décor. Motion Xcelerator 165Hz[31] offers smooth visuals and blistering speeds. Dedicated top-channel speakers power Dolby Atmos sound, while Object Tracking Sound+[32] provides dynamic, realistic audio that follows the movements on screen.
Neo QLED: 4K AI Technology delivers crisp clarity in every scene

Samsung’s 2025 Neo QLED 4K line-up is the most expansive yet, including four model series – QN90F[33] (98”, 85”, 75”, 65”), QN85F (85”, 75”, 65”, 55), QN80F (100”) and QN70F (85”, 75”, 65”, 55”) – all featuring Quantum Matrix Mini LEDs for stellar brightness and accurate colour across every scene.
The flagship QN90F features an upgraded NQ4 AI Gen3 Processor[34], which ensures that content looks its best – improving picture and sound as it plays[35]. The processor upscales older content into 4K resolution[36], while Neo Quantum HDR+[37] analyses each scene to boost brightness and make visuals appear even more realistic. Motion Xcelerator 165Hz[38] ensures ultra-smooth motion at blazing fast speeds, no matter the genre, while Samsung’s Glare-Free technology[39] helps limits distractions while viewing any content.
Both the QN80F and QN70F feature the NQ4 AI Gen2 Processor for an AI-enhanced 4K picture and optimised sound[40], as well as 4K AI Upscaling[41] and smooth, tear-free gaming with Motion Xcelerator 144Hz[42]. Available in ultra-large screen sizes, the QN80F’s 100-inch model and the QN90F’s 98-inch model will leverage Samsung’s Supersize Picture Enhancer, which uses AI to help ensure no detail is lost as content is stretched across a larger screen[43].
The Frame Pro: Samsung advances Art TV experiences with Neo QLED technology
The Frame Pro brings Neo QLED 4K technology and a 4K Wireless One Connect Box to Samsung’s Art TV series. Image simulated for illustrative purposes.
Pairing innovative hardware with a beautifully slim, customisable design, The Frame Pro (85”, 75”, 65”) makes any content look its best — whether it’s a masterpiece or a movie. Upgraded with a Neo QLED 4K display, The Frame Pro offers bright colours, sharp contrasts, and deep blacks supported by a powerful NQ4 AI Gen3 Processor[44] to bring the best of Vision AI personalised experiences.
The Frame Pro is the first and only Art TV to offer 4K wireless transmission via a Wireless One Connect Box[45], helping to keep living spaces clutter free. The Frame Pro, alongside Samsung’s 2025 The Frame series are also the only Art TVs to achieve ArtfulColour validation from Pantone®, helping to ensure natural and realistic visuals, whether showing art, streaming content, gaming, or watching live sport.[46]
The Frame Pro also features a Matte Display, which is UL-certified for minimised glare while the Slim-Fit wall mount[47] comes included to help the TV sit nearly flush against the wall, just like a gallery masterpiece.
The integrated Motion and Brightness Sensor[48] helps save energy by prompting the TV to turn off automatically when the room is empty. It also adjusts brightness and colour temperature based on ambient lighting, delivering a true-to-life picture in various settings.
The Frame Pro’s 144Hz dynamic refresh rate[49] offers incredible performance with ultra-smooth visuals across gaming and content, and can automatically reduce when the TV is in Art Mode, helping Australians save energy while enjoying art.
Just like The Frame, The Frame Pro offers customisable bezels in various colours and styles to suit individual design preferences[50].
Samsung also has continued to improve The Frame lifestyle TV (55”, 43”). New to the series in 2025 is a 144Hz refresh rate[51] and NQ4 AI Gen2 Processor[52], offering Australians a display that is as great for gaming and movies as it is for displaying art.

Samsung Australia is rolling out a new line-up of audio solutions with two flagship soundbar models – the Q-series HW-Q990F and Q-series HW-QS700F – at the helm. Both soundbars combine state-of-the-art hardware with AI-optimised features such as Active Voice Amplifier Pro, Adaptive Sound, Q-Symphony and Wireless Dolby Atmos, designed to elevate home entertainment with incredible sound.
As the pinnacle of Samsung surround sound experiences, the Q-Series Q990F features an advanced 11.1.4 channel system, 4.0.2 channel rear speaker setup, and new Dynamic Bass Control enabling its subwoofer to be almost half the size of its predecessor without losing any power.
The Q-series QS700F convertible soundbar represents Samsung’s ongoing commitment to innovation. Whether wall-mounted or placed on a table, the QS700F will deliver the same 3.1.2 channel Dolby Atmos surround sound with a new gyro-sensor.
Delivering value through safe and connected endless entertainment experiences

New this year, all Samsung Neo QLED and QLED models offer access to the Samsung Art Store, enabling more Australians to transform their living spaces into a personal art museum. All 2025 TVs and Projectors can also access over 100+ subscription-free Samsung TV Plus channels[53], and enjoy console-free gaming via Samsung Gaming Hub[54]. Samsung Daily+[55] helps to streamline and manage daily activities including apps such as Workspace enabling productivity from the big screen, while Samsung Knox keeps user data secure with triple-layer protection. With 2025 TVs smart-hub enabled, all Matter-enabled smart devices connected via SmartThings to the Samsung TV will also be secured by Knox[56]. Regular updates further fortify your TV, helping to protect it and your broader smart home from attacks.
“Samsung continues to be the market leader in displays because Australians trust that with every purchase, they are unlocking long-term value. With a Vision AI TV at the centre of your connected home, the more SmartThings compatible products you own and use, the smarter and more secure your home becomes, making the everyday more wonder-filled,” Mr. Gaut concluded.

Summary of Samsung and the United Nations Development Programme Welcome Five New Young Leaders to Generation17
Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. today announced the addition of five new Young Leaders to Generation17, an initiative in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) that supports young changemakers driving progress to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), also known as the ‘Global Goals.’
Since launching Generation17 in 2020, Samsung and UNDP have supported Young Leaders from across Asia, Africa, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East and North America, addressing critical issues that span all 17 Global Goals. The partnership has provided these Young Leaders with the latest Samsung Galaxy technology, along with networking and mentorship opportunities, to amplify their stories and advance their work. The newest cohort, focused on advancing solutions in marine conservation, environmental sustainability, gender equality and quality education, reflects Samsung’s continued commitment to a more equitable future for all.
“As we accelerate efforts to achieve the Global Goals, we are proud to welcome the next cohort of Young Leaders to Generation17,” said Stephanie Choi, EVP & Head of Marketing, Mobile eXperience Business, Samsung Electronics. “Their passion, creativity and commitment to addressing global challenges embody the spirit of innovation that fuels meaningful change. We look forward to seeing how these five new Young Leaders will leverage technology for good to inspire action, mobilize communities and create lasting impact for a more sustainable and equitable world.”
Five Global Changemakers
The newest Generation17 Young Leaders were selected from hundreds of applicants and bring new areas of expertise to the initiative, expanding the reach of Generation17. As members of the Generation17 community, they will leverage technology and global platforms to advocate for the issues that matter most to them.
Brigitta Gunawan (Indonesia) – An ocean-climate advocate who has engaged with over 15,000 people in 100+ locations with environmental education and marine conservation opportunities through her organizations 30×30 Indonesia and Diverseas.
“At 17, it struck me that we were nothing but a small speck in a big world that remains largely unexplored—that if we continued as bystanders, we would see this fragile ecosystem cripple within our lifetime—so there I was, ready to co-create a future where people and planet prosper.”
José Francisco Ochoa (Ecuador) – A biologist and co-founder of Academia del Océano, an edtech platform promoting marine conservation, digital tools and sustainability in Spanish-speaking communities, equipping thousands with the tools to protect marine ecosystems.
“The ocean sustains life, yet many don’t realize how deeply connected we are to it. We must embrace innovation, education and collective action to protect our blue planet before it’s too late.”
Renata Koch Alvarenga (Brazil) – Founder and Executive Director of EmpoderaClima, a youth-led organization advocating for climate justice by addressing the disproportionate impact of climate change on women and promoting girls’ climate action.
“Climate disasters are exacerbating gender inequality, but through the Global Goals, we can raise awareness of the need for women’s leadership in climate decision-making and ensure no one is left behind.”
Rahaf Abu Mayyaleh (Jordan) – A climate activist, sustainable technology advocate and founder of IBTKRGO, which develops eco-friendly educational kits using recyclable materials, including e-waste, to empower youth with digital skills.
“Green technology is key to a sustainable future, and young innovators have the power to lead this transformation. Through IBTKRGO, I strive to bridge the gap between technology and sustainability, ensuring solutions that serve both people and the planet.”
Soumya Dabriwal (India) — Co-founder of Project Baala, a social enterprise addressing menstrual hygiene and reproductive health access through innovative solutions, including the sustainable distribution of reusable sanitary products and educational initiatives to de-stigmatize women’s health while generating employment for women.
“Access to Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) is a fundamental human right. Through collective advocacy and innovation, we can break barriers, challenge stigmas, and build a world where everyone has the freedom and resources to make informed choices about their own bodies and futures.”
Elevating Youth Voices for Global Action
Since the launch of Generation17 in 2020, Samsung and UNDP have partnered to empower Young Leaders—helping them amplify their stories and accelerate their efforts to drive meaningful change in communities across the world. Additionally, the initiative provides opportunities for Young Leaders to showcase their impact on a global scale.
In the coming months, these Young Leaders will attend various major global events, where they will engage with policymakers, innovators and fellow changemakers. Through these platforms, they will contribute to international conversations on sustainable development and drive tangible progress toward the Global Goals, ensuring that youth voices play a crucial role in shaping a more sustainable future.
This year, Generation17 alum Tamara Gondo took the stage at Samsung’s Galaxy Tech Forum, highlighting the company’s commitment to sustainability and the power of collaboration with like-minded partners to tackle worldwide challenges. She also shared how the initiative has helped scale her organization’s impact since she joined in 2022.
“Young people are the future of global development, and with fewer than five years left to achieve the Global Goals, the time to act is now,” said Achim Steiner, Administrator of UNDP. “Through our long-standing partnership with Samsung, we are empowering youth to advance solutions that address climate and human rights challenges and to inspire a new generation to join the fight for a more sustainable and just future.”
Generation17 reflects the shared commitment of Samsung and UNDP to harness technology for positive impact. Their collaboration began in 2019 with the launch of the Samsung Global Goals App—a mobile platform that educates users about the Goals while enabling them to contribute through everyday use of their Galaxy devices. As detailed in Samsung’s Global Goals Report, as of September 2024, the app has been installed on nearly 300 million Samsung Galaxy devices worldwide—including smartphones, tablets and smartwatches—and has helped generate more than $20 million USD to support UNDP’s global environmental and social initiatives.

Summary of Innovating for Health: How Young Innovators and Technology are Reshaping Healthcare
Across Southeast Asia and Oceania (SEAO), countries face various healthcare challenges, including the prevalence of chronic diseases, uneven healthcare access, rising cost of living, a lack of healthcare professionals, and an ageing population.
At Samsung Electronics, we are committed to using technology to drive innovation and create meaningful solutions where they are needed the most. We understand that true progress requires fostering a culture of problem-solving where individuals, especially young innovators, are empowered to develop solutions that make a difference.
Samsung’s Corporate Citizenship initiatives such as the Solve For Tomorrow program, are powerful platforms for aspiring innovators to focus their creativity and technological ingenuity on developing innovations that not only benefit their community, but also address societal issues, such as those found in healthcare.
This World Health Day, we celebrate our young innovators who are building solutions that aim to address the most pressing healthcare challenges of today.
Young minds, breakthrough solutions
Gabriel refined Pill-Bot through experimentation and testing
Across the SEAO region, students from as young as 12 years old are devising solutions to enhance healthcare accessibility and effectiveness. Gabriel Anthony, a 12-year-old from Whitby Collegiate in New Zealand was awarded first prize in the Year 7 to 10 category at the Solve for Tomorrow New Zealand 2024 competition with his invention, Pill-Bot. It is an artificial intelligence (AI) medication identifier designed for the visually impaired, inspired by his grandmother’s experience of taking the wrong medication. His innovative approach involves training an AI bot to recognise different types of pills and verbally announce their names to provide patients, especially those with visual impairment, an additional way to identify their medication before ingesting them.
SilentGuide processes spoken words directed at an individual and transcribes them into subtitles
In Singapore, Team redbluegold made up of Anglo-Chinese School (Independent) students Aiden Lim and Karan Gopu Pillai claimed victory in Singapore’s Solve for Tomorrow 2024 competition with SilentGuide—a pair of smart glasses that transcribes spoken words into subtitles, helping people with hearing impairment participate more meaningfully in social conversations. Inspired by a classmate with hearing impairment who struggled to maintain a two-way conversation in a noisy classroom, the team set out to create a solution that functions independently without an internet connection, and is comfortable to wear, user-friendly and affordable.
Cough Aid can be used anywhere and at any time, easing access to preliminary screening and boosting the chances of individuals receiving timely treatment
Meanwhile in Thailand, Team Kao Kee’s Cough Aid innovation emerged as one of the finalists in the Solve for Tomorrow 2024 competition in Thailand. This web application relies on AI technology to analyse cough sounds and preliminary diagnose respiratory diseases, potentially enabling earlier treatment and better health outcomes. In a region where respiratory conditions remain prevalent, such early-warning systems could prove transformative.
Recognising these talented young minds as a glimpse into the future of industries such as healthcare, participants in the Solve for Tomorrow program receive mentorship from industry experts, alongside access to innovative technology and resources to help transform their concepts into reality.
Transforming healthcare through technology
Everyday wellness at a glance with Samsung Health[1].

Entering the World of 3D Gaming on the Odyssey 3D
The new Odyssey 3D (G90XF model) 27” monitor introduces a groundbreaking 3D gaming experience that does not require dedicated glasses. Advanced eye-tracking technology and a proprietary lenticular lens deliver a natural-looking high-definition 3D image, accessible through the Reality Hub app,[1] which makes the action jump out of the screen to bring new energy and immersion to selected games and video content.
Samsung is actively collaborating with major game developers to make the most out of this 3D technology. These collaborations include:
Nexon for The First Berserker: Khazan, now available in Australia
Neowiz for the critically acclaimed Lies of P. The company’s first downloadable content (DLC), Overture, is scheduled for release in the second half of 2025.
In addition to 3D gaming, the Odyssey 3D features AI video conversion, which can transform video content into 3D, breathing new life into nearly all content.[2] Every scene of compatible content is analysed and converted to 3D for 3D effects with less eye strain.
The Odyssey 3D also boasts impressive gaming performance. A 165Hz refresh rate and 1ms Gray-to-Gray (GtG) response time keep gaming responsive and smooth on its 4K screen, while AMD FreeSync Premium and NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatible help reduce choppiness and screen lag, even during fast and complex gameplay.
Edge Lighting takes 3D immersion to the next level by filling the gaming environment with lighting that adapts to games. It fills the space under the monitor with colours that synchronise with the screen’s lighting, enhancing the 3D screen and bringing game environments into real life.

Odyssey OLED G8 Features Highest Pixel Density on a 27’’ Screen
The incredible picture quality of Samsung OLED gets a performance boost on the new Odyssey OLED G8 (G81SF model). Available for pre-order from today in 27” and 32” models, the 27” has 166 pixels-per-inch — the highest pixel density for a screen that size — and a 240Hz refresh rate. Both sizes of the OLED G8 bring next level performance and visual quality together.
The new 4K QD-OLED visuals deliver amazing details, with enhanced colours and contrast ratio from any viewing angle thanks to quantum dot technology. Boosted by VESA DisplayHDR TrueBlack 400, it delivers near-infinite contrast that makes vibrant colours pop, even at the high, typically 250nit brightness. Glare Free technology certified by Underwriters Laboratories (UL) helps minimise reflection, reducing distractions during use[3].
The screen’s image is protected by Samsung OLED Safeguard+. The proprietary Dynamic Cooling System uses a Pulsating Heat Pipe to diffuse heat without adjusting brightness. This helps protect the screen from burn-in.
The 240Hz refresh rate and 0.03ms (GtG) response time make the Odyssey OLED G8 a top performance gaming monitor, with fast and smooth screen movements. It supports AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatible to prevent stuttering, tearing and jittering. These performance features combine to make gaming ultra-smooth, responsive and immersive.
The Odyssey OLED G8 also makes a stylish addition to any gaming setup. The slim metal design fits any aesthetic, while Core Lighting+ surrounds the user with lighting based on the screen. And it’s all easy to set up, thanks to the ergonomic stand.

Summary of Samsung Electronics unveils its 2025 Bespoke AI Home Appliances, including Bespoke AI Jet Ultra – the World’s Most Powerful Cordless Stick Vacuum Cleaner with up to 400W of suction power
Designed to support the evolving needs of Australian households, Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. has today announced the highly anticipated rollout of its 2025 Bespoke AI Home Appliances, which includes screen-enabled refrigerators, with enhanced SmartThings app connectivity and AI capabilities, as well as the Bespoke AI Jet Ultra, the world’s most powerful cordless stick vacuum cleaner[1], with up to 400W of suction power.
As part of its ongoing commitment to AI innovation and adapting to the ever changing demands of Australian homes, Samsung is expanding its Bespoke AI range with smarter, more connected solutions designed to enhance security, intuitiveness and convenience. By creating an “AI Home” ecosystem of intelligent appliances that learn from your routines and preference, Samsung is making every day simpler and more seamless for Australians.
At the heart of this innovation is the AI Home display[2], now embedded across a broader selection of products, including Bespoke AI Refrigerators comprising of the new 809L Bespoke AI Family HubTM
French Door Refrigerator and 615L AI Home Side-by-Side Refrigerator. This expanded integration enhances everyday convenience, offering smarter, more efficient solutions that simplify household tasks and help elevate modern living.
Jeong Seung Moon, EVP and Head of the R&D Team for Digital Appliances Business at Samsung Electronics, discusses the company’s vision for creating an AI Home that harmoniously connects various devices and, as a result, caters to user needs in every room of the home.

The 2025 Bespoke AI Home Appliance Line up
Introducing Bespoke AI Jet Ultra – The World’s Most Powerful Cordless Stick Vacuum Cleaner with up to 400W of suction power
As part of the new Bespoke AI range, The Bespoke AI Jet Ultra boasts an impressive suction power of up to 400W[3] to tackle tough cleaning tasks so Australians can spend less time cleaning, and more time on the things they love. The HexaJet Motor is the key component that helps generate this high suction power. Its unique Hexagon stator structure with a second-stage diffuser and an impeller with the reduced thickness improve airflow and increase motor efficiency, thus enabling up to 400W of suction power. Plus, the motor allows the vacuum cleaner to run for up to 100 minutes on one battery when using Min mode[4].
Intelligent Cleaning Support through AI Cleaning Mode 2.0
The Bespoke AI Jet Ultra also introduces the upgraded AI Cleaning Mode 2.0.[5] By sensing the brush load and vacuuming air pressure, this mode can classify a total of six different cleaning environments[6] and automatically adjust the suction power and brush speed for optimal cleaning performance. When using the Active Dual Brush, the soft roller helps pick up large dust particles on the floor7 while the nylon and rubber bristles help improve performance of carpets[7]. The vacuum cleaner senses corners[8] with the Slim LED Brush+, and by adjusting the suction power and brush speed[9] for the different cleaning environments, it uses power efficiently.
HEPA Filtration System
Complementing this powerful and intelligent experience, Samsung has a filtration system to ensure dust particles are captured when air is expelled from the vacuum cleaner. The Bespoke AI Jet Ultra features a Multi-layered Filtration system that effectively traps fine dust.[10] When air comes in, internal compartments like the cyclone and a metal mesh grille filter catch dust particles in succession. As a result, it achieves a filtration efficiency of up to 99.999%.[11]
Another distinctive benefit is that Samsung has implemented HEPA filtration into its Multi-layered Filtration system. With this system, the Bespoke AI Jet Ultra captures dust particles as small as 0.3µm, allowing less dust[12] to escape into the air.
The Next Generation of Refrigeration
Samsung’s new 615L AI Home Side-by-Side Refrigerator offers multiple screen options, including a 9-inch AI Home screen that helps manage smart devices in one place, access apps and get personalised information tailored to individual preferences[13]. Featuring an Auto Open Door for effortless access, it is designed for convenience and better organisation. It also provides easy hands-free control by just using your voice to control settings, select functions or ask questions through Bixby[14].
The refrigerator also includes access to SmartThings Energy[15], which can help monitor your energy consumption in real-time.
A Smarter Way to Manage Food, Home, Family Communication, and Entertainment
Samsung’s latest refrigerators include the 809L Bespoke AI Family HubTM + French Door Refrigerator with a 32-inch screen designed to enhance four key aspects of daily life: Food, Home, Family Communication, and Entertainment[16]. Using an internal camera, the AI Vision Inside feature can recognise up to 33 different food items[17], including both fresh and processed foods, being put in or taken out to help with smarter food management and personalised meal recommendations.
Beyond food management, Samsung’s AI-powered screens transform the refrigerator into a smart home hub, providing seamless control over connected appliances. With Map View, users can monitor and manage Samsung appliances and third-party smart devices, such as smart lights and plugs[18]. SmartThings Energy helps track and optimise energy usage, while Bixby voice assistant delivers personalised assistance by recognising individual family members’ voices[19].
The Daily Board feature enhances family communication by displaying real-time updates, schedules, and daily energy reports. Families can also access a shared gallery for storing memories and a digital calendar for easier planning. For entertainment, users can enjoy Spotify integration, SmartView Mirroring for screen sharing from smartphones[20] or Samsung TVs, and a dedicated photo gallery to add a personal touch to the kitchen.
Samsung Home Appliances Bring Easy to Use, Care to Consumers
In 2025, Samsung continues its commitment to bringing further innovation to Australian homes through its “AI Home” vision and its pledge to integrating AI across the connected experience to cater to diverse lifestyles — through the core benefits of Easy to Use and Care.
Thanks to the adoption of the AI Home display, users will find it easier than ever to engage with the full functionality of their Bespoke AI appliances. The smart screen is now an even better central control hub, even connecting compatible third party devices through SmartThings without the need for a separate hub device.[21] Users can also utilise features like the refrigerators’ Daily Board to receive personalised information and better manage their day — or use Map View to effortlessly monitor and control other connected devices.
The upgraded Bixby allows for easier control of appliances through voice commands and enhances usability through new features like Voice ID.[22] It personalises services by recognising the user’s voice, automatically switching to the Samsung account of the speaker and showing their calendar on the screen. And if that person also uses the low vision option on their Galaxy smartphone, it will be automatically synced to the screen for a better viewing experience.
New SmartThings services have also been introduced including Family Care,[23] which sends an alert to other family members if a user’s movement is not detected at the set time — or if there is no activity for a certain amount of time after the last activity. It is also possible to use the robot vacuum cleaner to look for signs of an emergency, with all of this functionality being tightly secured by Samsung Knox.
Continued Efforts to Deliver Reliable Experiences
To complete its “AI Home” vision for 2025, Samsung is committed to delivering truly smart and secure home experiences for Australian households. To do so, Samsung will apply enhanced Knox security to devices across the line up so that users will be able to enjoy their AI Home experience with peace of mind. This year in particular, Trust Chain, which is part of Knox Matrix, is applied to all Wi-Fi enabled appliances launching in 2025. Users can continuously monitor products’ security status in real time through the dashboard.[24]
Knox Vault is also applied to home appliances for the first time,[25] storing user information, such as passwords and authentication information, in a separate hardware chip.
Samsung aims to create safer and more reliable smart home experiences that users can enjoy with comfort and peace of mind.
